Ms. Eugina K. Aggrey joined UNU-INRA in October, 1998 as a Bilingual Secretary. She currently serves in the capacity of an Administrative Assistant. Previously, she served in the Ghanaian Foreign Service and was posted to serve in the Embassy of Ghana in Dakar, Senegal. She later moved on to the UNESCO Regional Office for Education in Africa located in Dakar, Senegal where she worked as a bilingual secretary. Ms. Aggrey has also previously worked as Secretary to the Cultural Affairs Officer at the United States Information Service in Accra, Ghana. From there, she moved on to the West African Examinations Council where she was the Private Secretary to the Head of National Office, and later to the Registrar to Council. She holds a Private Secretary certificate from the Government Secretarial School, Bilingual Secretary from the Alliance Francaise and Certificate in Administration and Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
