UNU-INRA was engaged by the WSSCC to implement a project that aimed at reviewing the progress made by eight countries in Africa, Asia and the pan-European region.
This project, funded by BMZ, explores Africa’s development priorities, in the context of the new cycle of Africa-Europe partnership, and outlines ways in which the European Green Deal could be beneficial for both the EU and Africa.
UNU-INRA will host a side-event at HLPF 2020 that will focus on “Managing “stranded” assets risks and opportunities – moving towards decarbonised economies and inclusive growth in Africa”.
